I was skeptical at first but after using it for just a few days my knee and hip pain was much better. The joint stiffness is still there but the pain is gone. Its amazing how quickly and how well it works. I used to take 3 pain relievers in the morning and 3 at night. Now I take 1 in the morning and use the tincture at night. And I feel so much better!
