Product came frozen
I was a little underwhelmed by the shipping and handling of this product. I feel like since it was a balm it could’ve been packed a little bit tighter, or had another box around it to conceal the materials within the jar. Other than that product works fairly well. I was hoping it would be a better alternative to icy hot. It is decent enough, but I feel that I’m still applying some icy hot to my knees for pain.

Soothing Balm
Had purchased balm over a year ago,new that it worked. Now I realize it works on more than just sore shoulders and neck aches. Now use on other areas with the same shoulder and neck success. No brainer.

I don't get it
I purchased with 1000mg warming CBD. I was very excited to use this, as I struggle with neck, back, shoulder, and foot pain. First things first, this is a VERY small amount. Like I was not anticipating it to be this small of an amount of product. Second, there are no instructions whatsoever on how to use this product. No recommendation of how much to apply, how long it should be until you feel results, nothing. So I have no idea how to use this product properly or as "recommended". Third, I ordered the WARMING version. I have yet to experience anything close to what would be considered "warming". After a little time, if anything, I'd receive a cooling sensation, definitely not a warming. I don't get it. This product did nothing for me, didn't do what it was advertised to do, and is very confusing to use, as there are no instructions. I feel swindled, and honestly misled by KFAN and Chris Hawkey for endorsing this. I'd like a refund, this was a lot of money.

Warming Balm
Using this product is amazing has eliminated my need to take medications of any type, have any further spinal injections and electro therapy treatments to reduce swelling within L3-5.

Never received
The balm never showed up in my order. I have sent multiple emails and have heard nothing from cultivates cbd.

High cost for little bottle
I bought this for my mom and was shocked how little product my mom received for how much I paid! We will see how well it works. Fingers crossed.
