    I had mixed results with these. I bought the three pack just to try them out. The final one I took just before I got into bed and I woke up feeling refreshed and fairly energized. However, I was unable to sleep through until my alarm (7.5 hours). I was alert and able to function very well the next day, no groggy/dopey feelings at all. I want to purchase more of these to have on hand as I frequently go through bouts of restless sleep, however, the price is lofty. My other concern is their calorie count. One gummy is 40 cals dt sugar and corn syrup.
